Norman Daniels at Poplars

For many years I have:

• had a pastoral role with Poplars
• worked in local villages, building relationships with those with and without faith
• served communities practically as well as spiritually
• shared with and supported churches, church groups and their leaders
• pioneered respite care with the local authority
• been actively involved with long-term fostering and adoption
• worked closely with families and individuals in times of loss, bereavement and personal distress
• worked in and for Romania as Director of Poplars (Romania) - a joint Romanian/British charity supporting life-limited children and young people as well as their parents and carers
• introduced the work of the charity in schools, universites and with other interested groups, as well as running Induction Days for prospective volunteers
